Wyoming Governor Mark Gordon and Delegation Team Visit Taiwan
Although the visit to Taiwan was brief, the itinerary was exceptionally meaningful and productive. During the trip, Wyoming Governor Mark Gordon and the delegation team met with important government officials, research organizations, and business leaders in Taiwan, highlighting the growing relationship and strong potential for collaboration between Wyoming and Taiwan.
Energy and CCUS (Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage) were key focuses of this visit. Through in-depth discussions and exchanges, Taiwan gained a greater understanding of Wyoming’s abundant energy resources and industry expertise. Both sides recognized significant opportunities for cooperation in business, academic research, and technological development within the energy and CCUS sectors.
Looking ahead, we are excited about the opportunities the coming year may bring. Wyoming and Taiwan have strong potential to work together in advancing energy innovation and CCUS development, building a lasting and mutually beneficial partnership for the future.
