Intro Session: "2025 SelectUSA Tech"

Chester Chu attended the "2025 SelectUSA Tech " held at the Fintech Space on February 13,2025. The event was connected with the U.S. Department of Commerce's International Trade Administration (ITA) to promote cooperation and exchanges between Taiwan and the United States in the field of financial technology. Chester introduced the latest legislative and policy developments in the field of financial technology (FinTech) in Wyoming, especially the innovative measures in digital assets, blockchain technology and related regulatory frameworks. Wyoming has been aggressively promoting regulations that are conducive to the development of the fintech industry in recent years, attracting the attention of global investors. The Financial Supervisory Commission of Taiwan and the Federation of Financial Services Industries of Taiwan also participated in the event. Chester Chu emphasized that Wyoming would continue to provide a good investment environment for international enterprises and look forward to establishing closer cooperation with Taiwan in the fintech industry.

朱處長應邀於2025年2月13日，出席在台北金融科技創新園區舉辦的「2025 SelectUSA Tech 說明會」。此次活動也與美國商務部國際貿易管理局連線，旨在促進台美雙方在金融科技領域的合作與交流。

朱處長在會中向與會嘉賓詳細介紹了懷俄明州在金融科技（FinTech）領域的最新立法與政策發展，特別是懷州在數位資產、區塊鏈技術及相關監管框架方面的創新措施。懷俄明州近年來積極推動有利於金融科技產業發展的法規，吸引了全球投資者的關注。

台灣金融監督管理委員會、台灣金融服務業聯合總會等重要機構也參與這活動，朱處長強調，懷俄明州將持續為國際企業提供良好的投資環境，並期待與台灣在金融科技產業建立更緊密的合作關係。
